My Property (mypropertyas.com) is only a connecting platform between customers and brokers. We are not a party to any transaction.

The Admin is NOT responsible for the legality of any property uploaded by a broker. Verification of ownership, title, and documents is the sole responsibility of the buyer and seller.

My Property does NOT perform legal verification or document verification of any listing.

The Admin is never responsible for any legal issue, including but not limited to the same property being sold to two different customers.

If a broker or customer is found committing any violation, the Admin reserves the right to take appropriate legal action and remove listings or accounts.

The Admin does not require any real estate licenses to operate, as My Property only displays information provided by brokers.

All enquiries are routed through the Admin for basic moderation before being forwarded to brokers. This does not constitute an endorsement of any listing.

Prices, dimensions, and details shown are provided by brokers and may change without notice. Please verify independently before any payment.
